These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cubezodigital.com and your purchase of products from Cubezo Digital. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Cubezo Digital is a print production business based in Malta. Contact: info@cubezodigital.com | +356 9999 5853.
2. Products
All products are custom-produced to your specification. Product images on the website are representative; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and printing processes.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed order prices will not change after checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering (or on delivery for Cash on Delivery orders).
4. Orders and production
Orders enter production only after artwork has been received and approved. You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork to our specifications (see Artwork Guidelines). We carry out a free pre-flight check and will contact you if issues are found. We reserve the right to decline any order that contains unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Malta and Gozo only. Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days from artwork approval. Delivery is free on orders over €30; a flat delivery fee of €4.95 applies to orders under €30. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
By uploading artwork you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all content in the artwork, including text, images, logos, and trademarks. You indemnify Cubezo Digital against any claims arising from your artwork.
7. Cancellations and changes
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. Contact us immediately at info@cubezodigital.com if you need to change or cancel an order.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
