Custom print exemption
Under EU Directive 2011/83 (Consumer Rights), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. All products at Cubezo Digital are custom-printed to your individual order and are therefore exempt from the standard cooling-off period.
When we will offer a reprint or refund
We take pride in our print quality. We will offer a free reprint or full refund in the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defect — visible banding, colour shift, or structural faults caused by our production process.
- Wrong product — we produced a different size, material, or specification than what was ordered.
- Transit damage — product arrived damaged and you report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
What we cannot refund
- Artwork errors (spelling mistakes, wrong images, low resolution) that were present in your submitted files and not caught during our pre-flight check.
- Colour differences between your screen and the printed result where no physical proof was requested.
- Dissatisfaction with a product that was produced to your correct specification.
How to request a reprint or refund
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Email: info@cubezodigital.com
- Subject line: “Order #[your order number] — Reprint/Refund Request”
- Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
We will review your request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to choose between a reprint or refund.
