Yes. You can upload on the product page, during checkout, or after your order is placed. We'll pause production and email you a reminder if no file is uploaded within 24 hours.
Yes — at no extra charge. Every uploaded file goes through a pre-flight check for resolution, bleed, colour mode and fonts. If something's off, we pause and email you. Nothing goes to press until the file is approved.
Most products leave the press within 2–3 working days of artwork approval. Posters and leaflets are usually 1–2 days. Aluminium prints take 3–5 days. Express production is available on most products for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.
Yes, on every product. Select "Custom" from the size dropdown where available, or contact us with your dimensions and we'll quote within the hour. Maximum and minimum sizes vary by substrate.
Pricing on leaflets and business cards is already tiered for volume. For bulk orders above listed quantities, or recurring repeat orders, we offer trade pricing — drop us a line and we'll set up an account.
For minor tweaks (adding bleed, colour conversion, resolution upscaling) we charge a small artwork fee — typically €15–35. Mention it in your order notes. For full design work we can recommend trusted partner studios.
If the print doesn't match your expectations and it's not a file issue on your end, we'll reprint it. Just email hello@cubezodigital.com with a photo and your order number.
Yes — all orders over €30 are delivered free within Malta. Orders below €30 have a small delivery charge calculated at checkout.
We deliver throughout Malta only, including Gozo. We do not currently ship internationally.
Yes — for larger orders (typically 500+ units) we can send a single printed proof before the main run. This adds 2–3 days to the timeline and is priced per product. Mention it in your order notes or contact us.
